2022 RETROSPECTIVE: A YEAR OF GROWTH AND MANY ACHIEVEMENTS - 4TH QUARTER

HOTELIER'S DAY 

On November 10th, Desbravador attented HOTELIER'S DAY, promoted by Associação Brasileira da Indústria de Hotéis de Santa Catarina (ABIH-SC), in Florianópolis.  


  

 


BLUE NOVEMBER - LECTURE  

In the month of special attention to men's health, we prepared a moment to remember that self-care is fundamental. Desbravador employees participated in the lecture “Health for Men”, developed in partnership with Unimed. During the month, several tips and information on disease prevention and detection, healthy habits and quality of life were also shared on social networks.

SOCIAL ACTIONS 

In 2022 we collected almost a thousand cartons of milk which were donated to the Association of Volunteers of Regional Hospital. This material is used by Projeto Brasil sem Frestas, aiming to thermally coat homes of families in situations of social vulnerability. In addition, we collected recyclable materials, such as pet bottle caps, which were sent to animal protection NGOs. We also collected can tabs to deliver to Unimed and Rotary, for the acquisition of wheelchairs. 


NEW RELEASES AND ENHANCEMENTS


At Desbravador we believe that everything can be improved. Out in-depth knowledge in technologies and development of PMS, systems and apps welcomes the external view about consumers behavior and market evolution. 

Thus, aligning innovation tendencies to studies with our target public we improved our products as well as launched new ones.


SELF-SERVICE – NEW RELEASE 

MULTIFUNTIONAL SELF-SERVICE TECHNOLOGY 

A self-service kiosk is a great alternative for quicker and more practical check-ins and checkouts. In addition, this facility reduces lines and waiting time, optimizes time and processes. What's more: it can be fully integrated into the hotel's management system, takes up very little space and can be customized with the logo and visual identity of the hotel or inn. 

 

 



iPDV MENU - NEW RELEASE 

DIGITAL MENU FOR SELF-SERVICE  

With this application, uncomplicated and practical to use, the customer accesses the menu via the table's tablet and orders at his/her own time, without the need of waiters. This technology speeds up service, reduces costs and greatly improves the customer experience. 

 

 



EASY PLANNER - NEW RELEASE  

MANAGER OF SERVICES AND EXPERIENCES 

This system was developed to organize and provide guests, via app, with all the services, activities and experiences which can be experienced during their stay at the hotel, hostel or inn. For the hotel, a convenience that optimizes tasks and increases sales, and for the guest, the freedom of self-service. 

 

 



iSERVICE - ENHANCEMENT 

SELF-SERVICE WEBAPP  

iService is a WebApp stored in the cloud and accessed via QR Code. It's very complete and allows guests to easily check the menu and place orders with autonomy and agility. The guest will also be able to check the room account statement or information about the hotel as well as answer the satisfaction survey while staying in the hotel. In 2022, we increased tools and included new features. 

 

 



CUSTOMER'S PORTAL - NEW RELEASE 

In order to ease procedures for issuing and updating bank slips, we have created an exclusive portal for our customers. Together with financial institutions that are Desbravador's partners, we can make these documents available, accessed and updated at any time from anywhere.   

 



GREAT ACHIEVEMENTS! 

3.0 WEB, LIGHT WEB and EASY WEB 

Managing all departments, tracking reservations and monitoring results is much more practical and economical with cloud storage technology. It allows full access to hotel, hostel or inn information anytime and anywhere, 100% safe. 

  

This year, 3.0 Web, Light Web and Easy Web software added significant numbers:

The most robust and intelligent software on the market offers innovative functionalities to manage all operations, ease the flow, communication and control of one or more properties of the same group, with 100% integration and security.  

In addition, PMS 4.5 guarantees teams and executives easy access to all information related to Front Office and Back Office, covering and synchronizing areas such as Financial, Accounting, Purchasing, Tax, Inventory among others. 

This year, software 4.5 served large hotels and hotels chains with different business rules. Even before the end of the year, 10,480 rooms were managed, adding many achievements to 91 hotels. In Brazil, we have a total of 60 customers. We also ended the year with 31 international clients, and present in 5 countries: Argentina, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay. 

 

 

NOVOS CLIENTES 


We ended another cycle proud of our achievements. In 2022 alone, we delivered solutions to 557 new customers. Because of all these great victories, we can only thank each of these partners. 

The year's results are the inspiration for building new projects for the future.
