LEADERSHIP TRAINING - THE ROUND CASTLE

This first meeting was based on the short story: "The Round Castle" written by Fernanda Dutra de Azeredo Menezes (instagram feazeredo) in the best seller "Healing Shortstories: Emotional Education Workshop". In this meeting leaders were invited to a dive in self-knowledge to awake awareness and knowledge of their own skills, individual and colective ones to bring thinking and actions about Leadership Management.

Through the analogy of the Three Princes and their own behavioral skills, we seek to wide view as a whole and strengthen the team. Leadership trainings are made with headquarters as well as branches.
